WHAT IF TIME DOES NOT PASS?
We speak of time as if it were moving. Perhaps we are the ones moving through something we still do not understand.
We say time passes.
We lose time. We save time. We waste time. We run out of time.
Almost every sentence assumes the same thing.
Time moves.
But what if it does not?
What if what we call time is not a river carrying reality forward, but a structure through which consciousness experiences change?
The past would not necessarily be gone. The future would not necessarily be waiting somewhere ahead.
They might simply be positions we cannot occupy from here.
A photograph already hints at the problem.
The person inside it does not know that the moment has ended. For them, nothing has passed. The passing exists only from our position outside that moment.
Perhaps we have mistaken change for time.
Perhaps clocks do not measure time at all. They measure repetition. Oscillations. Rotations. Movement. We compare one changing system with another and call the relationship between them time.
The clock moves.
The planet moves.
The body changes.
Matter transforms.
And somewhere inside all of this, consciousness creates a sequence:
before
now
after
Then it calls that sequence reality.
But remove the observer and a strange question remains.
Does time still exist?
TEMPORAL ZERO : ONE began there.
Not as an attempt to explain time.
As an attempt to remove it.
To see what remains when one of the most fundamental assumptions of human existence is no longer treated as a certainty.
Maybe time is real.
Maybe it is emergent.
Maybe it is simply the architecture through which change becomes experience.
We do not know.
And perhaps that is precisely where the interesting part begins.

TIME / REALITY / EXISTENCE
