DAMMA / HUMAN INSTRUMENT 005
BEFORE WE DISAPPEAR.
What will matter when everything else becomes less important?
We spend much of life
responding to what feels urgent.
Work.
Noise.
Fear.
Plans.
Arguments.
Expectations.
But urgency and importance
are not the same thing.
This instrument asks
what remains
when the noise becomes quiet.
ENTRY / LIFE
What are you looking at?
You do not need a crisis to question what matters.
01 / LIFE
What has actually mattered?
Not what was impressive. Not what looked successful. What mattered to you when no one was watching?
A meaningful life is not always a spectacular one.
02 / PEOPLE
Who would make the list?
Remove titles. Remove status. Remove usefulness. Who remains?
We leave traces in one another.
03 / KINDNESS
Who breathed easier because you were there?
Not every legacy has a name. Sometimes it is simply the weight we helped another person carry.
What we give another human being may outlive our memory of giving it.
04 / REGRET
What still asks something from you?
Regret does not have to become punishment. Sometimes it is information about what still matters.
The past cannot change. What it teaches you still can.
05 / FEAR
What are you afraid of losing?
Fear often points toward what we value. Look beneath it.
Fear is not always a warning. Sometimes it is a map of attachment.
06 / TIME
What are you spending life on?
Money can be replaced. Status can disappear. Time only moves in one direction.
Attention is one of the ways a life is spent.
07 / WHAT REMAINS
What would you want to remain in others?
Not your possessions. Not your résumé. Not your follower count. Something human.
We may disappear from the room before we disappear from another person.
08 / STILLNESS
You are still here.
The past is memory.
The future is imagination.
Whatever remains unfinished,
whatever still needs love,
whatever still deserves courage
exists in the only place
where you can touch it.
Now.
09 / NOW
What still has time to change?
Reflection matters only if life is still allowed to answer it.
Meaning does not have to wait for the end of the story.
DAMMA / PERSONAL LIFE RECORD
What mattered while you were here.
Before we disappear,
we still have time
to leave something human behind.
Not a monument.
A trace.

HUMAN INSTRUMENT 005
Before we disappear, let someone remember that we were gentle with their existence.
