The Fog

The system is not ruled by the wisest.

It is ruled by those who understand how easily fear can replace thought, how quickly confusion can become obedience, and how little power needs to explain itself once submission feels normal.

They decide.
They take.
They divide.
They rename control as order and exploitation as necessity.

And the ordinary person continues.

Working.
Paying.
Obeying.
Defending the same structure that keeps him small.

Not because he is incapable of seeing.

Because he is tired.
Overloaded.
Distracted.
Kept busy enough not to question and afraid enough not to resist.

The fog does not make everything invisible.

It only makes everything uncertain.

Truth begins to look dangerous.
Resistance begins to look irrational.
And obedience begins to feel like safety.

That is how power survives.

Not by convincing everyone.

By keeping them confused long enough to obey.
